Vendor info
- When & where
- Third Saturday of every month, 12:00–6:00 PM, at the Quality Flea Center, 416 15th Ave E on Capitol Hill — a few blocks south of Volunteer Park.
- Indoor spaces & sizing
- All vendor spaces are indoors and range from roughly 8' × 8' up to 10' × 20'. Please don't bring a pop-up tent — you won't need one and it will only get in the way. If you need more or less space than that, let us know. We email your exact space location a few days before the event.
- Load-in & setup
- Set up and load-in begins at 10:00 AM Saturday morning. Please don't come earlier than 10:00 without making prior arrangements. Plan to bring your own infrastructure and anything you need for an effective display. We have a limited number of tables and chairs available — let us know ASAP if you need any.
- Parking & teardown
- There is a paid parking lot right outside the door — $15 for the day. You can drop things off, but you can't hang out in a spot unless you've paid for it. There is often plenty of street parking nearby. Please break down your space as quickly as possible after the market closes at 6:00 PM.
- Cancellations & refunds
- If you need to cancel and want a refund, give us notice at least 48 hours before the event. Later cancellations are still responsible for the cost of the booth rental.
Spaces cost the same whatever size you pick — the only difference is whether you're a new or returning vendor. We sell a maximum of 50 spaces each month, and sales close at noon on market day.

Say the word if you have any specific requests for your vendor spot — far from the speakers; close to the bar; near a friend's booth, etc. The QFC is spacious so we have plenty of wiggle room to figure out the exact dimensions of each space.
